Exhaust System Base Coat that provides extra protection in extreme conditions.
Prevcor is a metallic ceramic base coat designed to increase the corrosion resistance of High Heat Top Coatings. Simply spray a thin even coat of Prevcor and allow to fully dry. DO NOT BAKE. Then apply the selected top coat, such as Turbo X or ColorGard. Allow the first light coat to dry, then apply second coat to even the appearance out. Allow to air dry then bake at the recommended temperature for the top coat. For best in class corrosion protection bake at 205 degrees C for 1 hour and light etch before top coat.
High temperature capable (1300�F. +) Water based coating, no VOC�s Use under any TECH LINE exhaust system coating to increase the protection that the top coating can withstand. Requires Baking. Cures at 500�F. Must be oven cured.
